LKN Savings App connects consumers with great deals at local Lake Norman area businesses.
Tammi Murphy is the woman behind the LKN Savings app. Her app was designed to connect consumers with paperless coupons, deals, and discounts at small businesses around the Lake Norman area. Tammi also owns Blarney Stone Marketing and saw the opportunity the mobile app presented in promoting neighborhood businesses to local residents and visitors.
LKN Savings was already operating as a Facebook page and website before Tammi purchased the business from its previous owner. Already having an app for her Blarney Stone Marketing business Tammi knew that taking LKN Savings to the next level meant going mobile.
“Having ready access to deals at the touch of a button helps businesses and people connect even faster which is important in our instant gratification society,” says Tammi “Also, having easy access to a community events calendar helps drive more traffic to local fun and charitable events.”
The LKN Savings app has become like a mobile hub of the community.
Anyone, any time can find deals on places to eat and shop and things to do in the Lake Norman community. You don’t have to search out a Facebook page or remember the website address. In one click you can open the app and search for whatever category you’re interested in.
Rather than take a percentage of each business’s sales Tammi charges an affordable monthly rate to local businesses who wish to advertise their specials and promotions on the app. Events are always listed for free. The app is free is to download in the App Store and Google Play store and its free to use by consumers.
